This Adaptor Kit is designed to be used with the Otto Bock headrest axis mounting kit.

It should be clamped to the frame using two clamps (sold separetly) on the vertical tubes of the frame.

Dimensions:	Length: 40cm - 54cm
Additional Information:	Important: specify diameter of back tubes, push handles. Each fixture needs two clamps.
