Wheelchair Leg Cape/Cosy Toes

This wheelchair cape covers the lower half of the user's body as well as the wheelchair seat and footrests. The cape's edges are lined with elastic, which is slipped below the footrests and the sides of the chair to hold the cape in place. An elastic belt with snap fastenings secures the cape in place. This cape is waterproof.
